Tool Processing

Most tools process your inputs entirely in your web browser. Files and text for those tools are not uploaded or stored on our servers.

A small set of tools needs a server request to work. In those cases we temporarily process only what is required for the feature:

• URL fetch / page scan tools (for example accessibility checks, robots tests, and Open Graph previews)
• Language Translator, which sends the text you submit to a free unofficial translation service to return a result (text is not stored as a permanent archive)
• Optional URL shortening when you explicitly create a short link
• Webhook Tester, which temporarily stores request payloads sent to your generated endpoint so you can inspect them

We do not use these tool payloads for advertising, and temporary webhook data is not kept as a permanent archive.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Improve and optimize our tools and services
• Understand usage patterns and user preferences
• Identify and fix technical issues
• Develop new features and tools

Data Security

Most tool processing happens in your browser using client-side JavaScript. For the few tools that require a server hop, we transmit only the data needed to complete the request and apply industry-standard protections. Your files and personal documents are not kept as a long-term archive.
